....Welcome to my world of cottage decor....

Hello friends, I'm Debbi and as a textile and graphic artist, I design and sew with vintage fabrics, crochet, old lace and buttons to create beautiful cottage style finery for you and your home. I enjoy the "thrill of the hunt" so I am always searching out for those vintage pieces of fabric, old buttons, crochet, doilies, old German porcelain, and things I can re-purpose for the cottage chic decor. Some would say I am a true "junker" with vision.

I never cut up pristine linens,
I use linens that have seen better days but still have beautiful embroidery and lace and deserve to be reused. Both my mother and my grandma saved bits of lace, embroidery and crochet from worn out pillowcases and table linens. Most of those pieces are long ago used, so I continue to collect (and hoard) those treasures!

My business started as a hobby, working a day job, then I spent many of my evenings and weekends sewing and creating. After almost 10 years of sometimes working 7 days a week, I finally took the leap to make my art my full time passion.

Be assured that my quality is among the very best. I take the time to carefully craft each of my items to the highest standards. I would not sell something that I would not use myself.

My husband Jim and I live in the beautiful small rural town of Sublimity Oregon. We are located in the rolling foothills of the Cascade mountains in western Oregon. We have grown children with granddaughters Lynsie.Jean, Lilian Grace and Annalisa Laleen. Grandsons Kyler James and Joesph Randall.

I am an avid cottage gardener and a fan of pass along plants. I especially love fragrant old garden roses. And of course, a cottage garden is always a work in progress.

My granddaughters love helping and discovering the garden~
